Your Library is pleased to offer Curbside Pickup service!
Place your holds online, on the app or phone 705-526-4216 ext. 3300 for help, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a pickup when your items are available.
When you arrive at your curbside appointment time, call us and we’ll bring the items out to you. Stay where you are on foot or in your car and we’ll place your parcel on our steps or in your trunk.
Please follow the signs and practice social distancing (remain 2 metres apart).
What will I be able to order & pick up?
Curbside pickups will include 10 items at a time. Interlibrary loans and special collections (wifi hubs, magazines, etc.) aren’t available at this time.
Do I need to bring my library card?
No need to bring your library card – we’ll get all your info on the phone!
What if I miss my pickup time?
If you miss your appointment, place your holds again and we’ll contact you when they’re ready.
How do I return my books?
The book drop is open for returns 24 hours a day – we won’t be taking returns during your curbside pickup appointment.
Can I make donations of gently used books?
The Library and the Friends of the Library Book Cellar aren’t accepting any donations at this time.
How do I get a new library card?
You can sign up for a new card by contacting our staff at firstname.lastname@example.org
