A fun simple way to explore science, technology, reading, engineering, art and math. This activity based storytime is recommended for ages 3 and up.

Learn to Play Ukulele for Kids

Friday, January 3, 2-3pm


Playing ukulele is fun & easy! Learn to play your favourite songs and rhymes! You’ll be able to borrow a ukulele to take home and practice. Ages 7-12.

FREE. Registration required.

October 1, 2019 – 2020 book lists are released

January 17, 2020 –  Schools must register their teams to participate in the Battle of the Books – Juniors and Intermediates

April 21, 2020 – Junior Battle (daytime)

April 22, 2020 – Intermediate Battle (daytime)

April 28, 2020 – Final Junior Battle 6:00 PM, Final Intermediate Battle 7:00 PM

Epic battles for Junior Division (Grades 4-6) and Intermediate Division (Grades 7 -8) happen at the Midland Public Library. For all the details on our AWESOME Battle of the Books competition, click HERE
