The Midland Public Library has the following meeting spaces for rent.

Assembly Room

This is our largest meeting room, equipped with professional A/V, Wi-Fi, and an attached (non-commercial) kitchen. The Assembly Room can seat up to 100 people, with a variety of table and chair configurations that should meet your needs. This room is located on our lower level and includes convenient access to washroom facilities as well as a separate side entrance off Elizabeth Street. This is a perfect location for training, movie screenings, seminars, and large community groups. Rental rates are based on a sliding scale, adjusted between corporate events (or those charging admission), non-profit, or volunteer groups. A/V services also carry a sliding scale charge.

Board Room

The Boardroom is located on the 3rd floor of the library. It is equipped with a large table and seating for up to 10 people. A/V services can be added as needed at an additional charge.

Study Rooms

The Midland Public Library also offers two small, private study rooms free of charge to use for studying. For tutors , non-profits, registered charities or other profit-related services, fees will apply. Study Rooms can seat 4-6 people, and are equipped with Wi-Fi and whiteboards.
