Every Tuesday from 4:30-6:30pm

Weekly drop-in for teens (12-18) to be creative, meet new people, engage in a game or two, chat about books or just hang out.

Explore your creativity and your Halloween spirit! We’ll supply the pumpkins, tools and supervision! Pumpkins will be on display at the library through October 31st for voting. Prizes for most creative pumpkin, scariest pumpkin and people’s choice. Ages 12-18.

Award-winning storyteller S.K. Ali (Love From A to Z) decided she wanted to be an author at age 11. On October 23, she will share her knowledge and experience with the next generation of writers at a high school in Midland, ON.

FREE. This event is exclusively available to St. Theresa’s Catholic High School and Georgian Bay District Secondary School students.

1st Wednesday of the Month @  4:30 PM

Our Teen Advisory Group is a new team leadership group at MPL – programming for teens by teens.

If you know what you want to see in the library, have suggestions for books to order or programming you want to attend – then TAG is for you!
Earn community service hours (required for graduation) for all TAG meetings, plus earn extra for TAG led activities.

Our instructor will show you the basic notes and techniques to be able to play popular tunes! with out new lending and learning collection, you’ll even be able to borrow a ukulele to take home and practice! Ages 12-18.
